Luxdetail does not independently collect end-customer personal data unless such data is entered by users.

Luxdetail acts solely as a technology platform and does not control, verify, or determine the purpose of Client Data entered by users.

Use of Information

  • Operate and maintain the Luxdetail platform

  • Enable booking, tracking, and management functionality

  • Improve performance, security, and reliability

  • Respond to support requests

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Data Storage and Security

Luxdetail applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for:

Terms of Use

By accessing or using Luxdetail, users agree to the following terms.

Platform Role

Luxdetail provides a technology platform only. Luxdetail does not provide car valeting services and is not a party to any agreement between users and valeting service providers.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and professionally

  • Ensure all information entered is accurate and lawful

  • Maintain the security of their accounts

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with clients, customers, and third-party service providers.

Client Data Responsibility

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • They determine the purpose and means of processing Client Data

  • They act as the data controller for Client Data

  • Luxdetail acts as a data processor only

  • Luxdetail is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or handling of Client Data

  • Users indemnify Luxdetail against claims arising from misuse of Client Data

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content

  • Use the platform to collect or process data without authority

  • Circumvent security or access controls

  • Infringe intellectual property or third-party rights

Luxdetail may suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.

Availability and Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Luxdetail makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxdetail shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Client or third-party disputes

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Fees and Non-Payment

Where use of Luxdetail is subject to fees, subscriptions, or other charges, users agree to pay all applicable amounts in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase or invoicing.

Luxdetail reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform where payment is overdue, incomplete, reversed, or otherwise unpaid, following reasonable notice where practicable.

During any period of suspension or following termination for non-payment:

  • Access to the platform may be restricted or disabled

  • Data may become inaccessible until payment is resolved

  • Luxdetail shall not be liable for any resulting loss of access or data

Termination for non-payment does not affect Luxdetail’s right to recover outstanding amounts.

Termination

Luxdetail may suspend or terminate access where:

  • These terms are breached

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Continued use presents legal or security risk

  • Required by law or regulation

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
